Installation done bad and no repsonse on complaint

I had my house fitted with SEQURE burglar proofing and security doors on 14 December 2013. One of the doors was fitted very badly and already started to rust. I sent in a e-mail complaining about it, but received NO response from SEQURE up till now (6 January 2014)
