Shocking bad service, rude, poor quality

Their aluminum doors and windows were one of the largest line items on our house - worth hundreds of thousands of ZAR. Since 2009 they have had to send a team upwards of twice a year (4 times in the last 12 months which they deny, implying we are lying) to try and fix recurring issues.
1. 2 of the north facing doors leak so badly that the carpets have to be replaced
2. The locking mechanisms drop down into the door frames and we have doors that are jammed.
3. The frames are so badly fitted that doors simply jam shut or open.
4. The rubber seals fall out and we have to use press-stick to keep the frames in.
5. their latches are not aluminum and have rusted.
6. The doors fit so badly that their workmen cut pieces of the frames last time to force-fit them!
Now they refuse to turn up and fix these recurring issue and sent us a quote of R750 call out fee! I am furious, registered my anger with the MD Rolf Basler who refused to come to site. According to the finance clerk Michael Palha - they "have fired everyone" who worked on our house "because they were so bad"! yet they refuse to take responsibility and accuse me of being "belligerent" when I display my anger and resentment
