Cant get them to call to collect radio

Due to plain bad service over last 3 years i have cancelled. I have called the call centre 3 times to make arrangements to collect the radio. Someone was supposed to call me back on friday 27 dec still waiting. Again someone was supposed to call me back 30 dec still waiting. Want to speak to manager if tech. Dept. And that must be asking to speak to the king as u get put on hold. Do these people not want there equipment back. Maybe someone will call now
