Matrix log book not working/acceptable for SARS

For the last 3 years I am not able to get a acceptable SARS log book from the matrix system. Every year I end up having to submit my hand written report. I have made various calls to resolve the issue. Currently I am still awaiting feedback of the FY 13 log book that is not right, I have spoken to more than 3 people of which one is Hein Smit, Sheruna Gafoor and a Busi women. I received 3 log books via mail that is still wrong. The current tax year log book does not show any data from July 2013. I do believe that I have payed for my service on time every time the only problem is that I do not receive the service that I am paying for. I can not spend another phone call trying to explain to somebody what the problem is as this is very time consuming and seems to lead no where.
