ADT robbed my mom

My mom went to feed my dogs. The house alarm went off but she did not know the code. She forgot her handbag on the stoep table inside the yard and left. She soon realised and drove back. Her handbag was gone. ADT say another robber the bag. ADT claim they were at the gait but did not go in. Really? While the alarm was going off and while ADT apparently was only at the gait and with big dogs in the yard some robber knew her handbag was on the stoep at the back. Its sad.. so your house alarm goes off and the very people who should
protect you rob you? I am disgusted.
