Contract cancelled kept deducting with no credit

Cancelled contract they kept on deducting debit order, because as per their call centre agent could not cancel contracts at the time. Now I've been waiting for the credit for the last 2 months. Many promises made from agents to follow up the next day, even sending me emails, but never my money back they have deducted wrongly! Worst accounts department I've ever dealt with!
