After my husband lost his job, we stopped all debit orders at Absa bank Woodbridge, in person, Absa printed out the "debit order stop" forms. I then called tracker to make payment of the outstanding amount of R249.54, I made payment on the 12/12/2013, after receiving a "Thank you for your payment sms", their Attorneys - Norton still pushed through the debit order for the same amount. AFTER CALLING Norten attorneys, and speaking to a lady with the name of "Charity" who did not offer to assist in any manor to solve the matter, and which could not put me through to a senior person, for they are all on leave. I spoke to 3 different people from Tracker, only for the 4th person "Given" who was able to assist and correct this matter. The lake of communication between Tracker and their attorneys Norton, affects us as clients, and is unacceptable. It cost me calling every tom and harry: Absa, FNB, Tracker, Norton attorneys, just to waste my time in trying to sort out the problem. I have taken the loss for their mistake. I have been listed with the Credit Bureau for their MISTAKE. And have additional bank charges that is billed for my account because of their negligence.
