Hello
I gave notice to ADT after many years of being a customer. First of all I got a phone call from Alfreda, Account Service Agent to confirm my notice. After hearing the new premium I will pay, she offered to match it without a blink, and this was more than 50% less. Does this mean I was ripped off the last 12 years? Then ADT billed me for the 12 month radio fees after I have given notice. I contacted ADT who referred me to Lathiwe as she handles my account. Numerous e-mail later and I still not even get a reply to my mails. Donovan then gave me the telephone number of the JHB branch where all the credit controllers are. I left a message for her supervisor to contact me, and still no reply.
It is really a struggle to get hold of anybody!
