Ive tried 3 times to cancel my contract no success

Ive tried to cancel my contract for 3 times and still waiting for reply!!! I have a bussiness to run but cant use my phone!! Someone my phone and all I asked for is to cancel my contract so that I could do a sim swop! The person promissed me again that within 24 hours I will be able to do that! 48 hours later again! I have a ref. no!!! Very disappointed!!! I need urgent responce
