BAD SERVICE - noone can help me cancel my contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract since last week. I have been moved from one person to the other. no one seems to know how to cancel a contract. I am moved from one person to the other and then I get cut off. I have been trying to get through to Palesa from the legal corporate department since this morning. I have been cut off three times already. This is the last month of my contract and I was told that I have to cancel it a month in advance. I have been trying since last week and I am now confused as to what is supposed to happen.
