No Service Standards at all

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund from ADT and to top it off, a debit order has gone off my account in the last week.
Every day a new consultant has to handle my case or check my file. i am currently on hold for 14:32 as i type this.
the irony is that the below response is exactly what the call centre agents, management and accounts department tell me.
We take note of your comments and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience and will be investigating this matter with immediate effect.
We will then revert to you with feedback
