Hi
i have a smart data device that was handed over . i called the call centre and the people that help me was very rude. i knew nothing about this account and the hand over of this account. I have alot of money in my account and i need an immediate answer why my account was handed over without telling me. Why did i not get any notification or a section 129 in terms of the CPA and NCR laws please advise accordingly
