Irresponsible, No Response & No Concern for Safety

On Sun17 Nov 2013 our alarm at our Parktown North home was activated. Unable to switch it off after 20 minutes & with no reaction from ADT (not even the guard who sits outside our home) we called for assistance & logged a call for a technician. We were assured that someone would come out to the house within 48 hours - this did not occur. We began calling ADT as soon as the 48hr period was over but each time, despite being asked upfront for our contact details (as a means of identification), we were either cut off during the call or transfer, or the call was dropped on us! Surprisingly despite knowing there was an issue nobody called us back on the details given! This occurred over a period of days, eventually by the 5th or 6th call all patience was lost, yelling ensued & finally it was established on the 25th that no call had been logged by the inept person on the 17th and that all subsequent attempts to alert ADT & log the call were ignored. We were then assured they would send a technician that same day at 17h00 (at a premium)! This did not occur despite sitting at the house for 2hrs waiting. We contacted Pam Slade for assistance & a technician arrived at 20h20 on the 26th!?!?!
