Poor response to emails and calls

I've been trying to contact a manager or supervisor at ADT Eastgate since 4/12/13 I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 4.12.13. I resent it yesterday as our street committee are having a meeting whereby we need to negotiate with ADT on fees, or transfer to another Security company who is monitoring our street guards. We are a street of at least 40 homes. Some are with ADT. I called several times this morning but eventually had to go via the emergency call line as the others put you on hold, blurb advertising constantly, or cut you off after several minutes. I asked for a supervisor to call me. They put me onto another automatic system which asked me to leave my name and number. This was at 9 am. I've had no response. Since this would mean the loss of income to ADT and give them more bad publicity, I'd have thought someone would have called back on 4/12/13.
