Your emergency response is useless

Last night me & wife returned home, to see a car suspected to be behind the recent hijackings in the area sitting outside our house in the driveway. We obviously didnt go in but passed them;saw 3 suspicious looking men just sitting there doing nothing. This car was def out of place. We drove up the road and decided to call ADT emergency response. My wife dialed the number in panic and the call was picked up by a guy. His response was very bored & instead of acting in a hurry, asked my wife 3 TIMES TO REPEAT THE ADDRESS & than to even spell it out! Ofcourse she lost it after that and gave him a good firing. After this ADT took 10 MINUTES to arrive? Even police from woodstock arrived before you guys! We called your call center again to check where ADT was & the same guy tells us "i am in call center i cannot tell you what goes on in the field" WOW! What a response!!! While we were taking rounds waiting for ADT, we saw the ADT car pull up a street up from our street, park into a street parking & than proceed to our house ONLY after spotting the police van there! What the is that? Are your guys scared of reacting to emergency calls? Than what do we pay you for? Completely disappointed!
