Waiting on refund

28 November I sent proof to Kolekale Morapedi of an amount deducted by ADT, which i already paid in via EFT. He then confirmed that my refund would be processed and back in my account by Friday, 6 December 2013. The amount has since not be refunded to me and i have called ADT numerous times, leaving message for Kolekale to call me to clear this matter, I have also sent him emails to contact me, but to no avail, which is very frustrating. It is unacceptabe that one is guaranteed that something will be done about a matter, but when it is not, and you follow up, you are just left hanging.
