Signed contract in October - still waiting??

Had a Chubb representative come out to me on the 12th of October to offer me a contract to have them cover my home with regards to monitoring and reaction. We negotiated the deal and I signed the necessary paperwork. On the 14th of October I sent in my banking details to him. In the week someone was supposed to come in to evaluate and reconfigure my current alarm system. I am still waiting for this to happen 2 months down the road. Tried to get ADT out to me to quote and they are just as pathetic. Makes you wonder just how well they are monitoring if they cannot even make a simple appointment or contract happen?
