No delivery of pet friendly censors

We applied with Chub's salesman for a domestic alarm. We were promised pet friendly censors with our contract. The technicians came and installed the system on a Sunday afternoon late and did not have the pet censors with them. They said they will come and install them. Its now a year later and still no pet censors. We have phoned numerous times and were promised they will get back to us. Still waiting for them to get back to us. We are paying for a system we had never used as we have cats that goes in and out of the house during the day. We cannot activate the alarm when leaving the premises as we do not have these censors. This has come to the point now where i would rather have them take their stuff out of my house and they must pay back all monies received from us.
