FOURTH BREAK IN AND BLUE IS ALWAYS LATE TO RESPOND .all they do is debit our account they can never miss that. Bad experience since the beginning, it's time for change. Advice them several times to phone my husband first, but no one listens. They need to compensate us these is too much. My husband responds faster than the patrolling car in the area
Fourth time disappointed with their service and our stuff are long gone for the fourth time. when you tell them there late, they will say according to their report they responded in 3 minutes but our cameras show a different story
Very disappointed I must say and sad for loosing stuff we work so hard for the fourth time while we paying for security. I will repeat fourth timewe lost tv's, computer, home theater system. Blue can't even compensate for the loose
