Altech Netstar
GET YOUR OWN BACK

My Toyota Hilux was 25/5/2013. When we installed Altech netstar supreme I was told it's the best.
Little did I know it came with the worst service a person could get.
When they the buki I was not notified I had to call net star to GET MY OWN BACK, till now I still have not received a sms or a call.
I have asked them why I was not notified and no one can tell me. I have requested to be contacted by a manager or someone, but obviously there are no managers or people with authority who work there.
Now I want some answers and explanation, I have lost a lot of money on my buki and ALTECH just don't care as long as they get payment for the worst service in the world they happy.
Well I'm not so can someone contacts me with answers and justifies my loss caused by ALTECH NETSTAR
