NO SERVICE FROM CHUBB

Obviously I was offered a great deal by Chubb when shopping around for an alarm system. Now, more than 3 months later, I am still waiting for my camera an battery to be installed. I have sent numerous e-mails, phoned call centres, laid a complaint with their service centre... and still no assistance or resolution. Talk about lack of service... After my complaint, a technician was here to "check" if my story was true... that was 17 October... needless to say I haven't heard anything.
Management and staff of Chubb, you forget that without customers, you won't have a business. Perhaps get the basics right, this is pathetic to say the least!!!
