Unfairly paying for some one elses mistake

Im not sure of the date but in 2011 there was a alarm installed at my store with out my knowledge as i had rented the shop to some one but they had used my companys name an husbands details to activated the account so we only found out after a few debits went of then i called them an asked why was my husbands account been debit they said an adt was installed i told them it was not us so they gave me the company who installed their numbers i called them they told me a guy by the name of william was doing so i should just send a letter to them an they will solve it i did that i called adt an they did not want to help they keapt accusing me of opening the contract the company send william to remove their system an i asked is everything solved they said yes i just got a call this morning an they are takeing legal action against me for not paying the account the last time adt said i should buy out of the contract an pay about 3000 but firsty its not my mistake its theirs so i want a answer or i will take legal action as im fed up with adt an i have adt at my other store so i dont feel happy as a client your company disappoints me [Email Removed]
