Unauthorized Debit

I also have the same problem that a company called TOP Adz has debited my account twice now for the amount of R99 every month on the 15 through a company called StratCol and I haven't agreed to any of this and I called them on this two number that you gave me (031 829 3977 and 031 837 3168). They take for ever to answer the call and when you talk to the person there is this noise that I don't understand and another thing is that the person asked for my cell phone number to check my details and she asked for the ref numbers she didn't even know my account number that they where authorizing you guy to debit from and that made me more wonder about the company. I gave them the ref number and she said they will refund me and I am still waiting. I am seriously made because I am not getting any where with this people and the other thing is that they do not use the same ref number. If this mess is not getting sorted I am going to take legal action against you company because is the one debiting my account.
