Double my monthly payment without notice

I used to pay R200 for my netstar pm. My previous insurance wanted me to have this system in my vehicle and i can not cancel it.

Now all of the sudden I am paying R400 pm and get messages that the transaction did not go trough (which did) and that i owe them R600.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen in my life. I have tried to phone and was kept on hold for 18min, I have tried to contact them via email as well but no reply after a week.
I desperately want this system canceled!

I hope people thinking of getting netstar see this comment and refrain from using their service!!
