Failure to debit

Since I took a contract with your company I have never been serviced right, every month I call your office for the same thing debiting, Iam not asking for a loan all I want is for you to debit my account, I am now getting sms reminding me to pay as if Iam at fault, your service is so bad I wont even recommend people to use your services, I dont want them to experience the same thing, I regret ever taking your alarm system, I should have remained with the one I was having cause I never experience such inconvenience I always speak to this lady my last call was last month I even told her that I hope this time Iam calling for the last time. I requested for the debit to go on the 28th, today is the 2nd the debit has not gone through, the phone is continoulsy ringing in your accounts department no one is answering the phone, no professionalism.
