According to the arrangement that was made on October I would receive the month of november FREE & that my debits would go off in december. My account has been billed for R230.85 on 29-11-2013 & R285.00 on the 2-12-2013.

I do not want an explanation. I am tired of this siff service.

Please can you guys revert these transactions and CANCEL MY POLICY IMMEDIATELY & PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THE SPAM SMSES TO TEST MY ALARM.

I do not want a phone call from anyone. I want my money back into my account!
