Chubb Cancelled 3 Months ago and still get account

Our Chubb contract was cancelled 3 months ago, they just cut the wire and removed the radio transmitter, a few hours later the wire went up in flames blow up the batery and the pc board and all Chubb had to say is you cancelled your contract nothing we can do about it anymore.. we had to buy a new batery and we have to buy a new pc board, all because you were unresponsable, and still after all that and after the contract was cancelled 3 Months ago we still get accounts and you still take money, how do you get that PLEASE explaine that get your fact straight take our account off your system completely and stop any debit orders what so ever you blew up the whole alarm system and then you still want money from us???
