Never received all my prizes

I won a competition last year for three items, a set of knives, fix it pro for cars and men's shaving kit. I only received a set of knives from Homemark. Everytime I phone the call centre, its either my address was incorrect or they dont have stock and they will send me something else since last year march. I have spoke to different team leaders and they all cant deliver. I lost my dairy and it had all thier names. My question is, why run a competition knowing very well that u dont have those prizes to give away... thier service
