Shocking service from Discovery Health

I have been trying to claim back money that i had to pay upfront for a consult. According to the medical aid plan that I am on, i should be allocated 6 consults from this provider. But it has been nearly three weeks of backwards and forwards trying to get a payment from Discovery. They seem to always look for and find stupid reasons to decline payment. When i call their call center they either just dont know what they are doing. or they do thier best not to answer me or just shift the blame and ask for more info or another statement, then wait another few days. There is no feed back from them and even when i speak to the lady in the complaints, there is still no joy. They are only to happy and punctual when they want thier monthly payment, but when the rolls are reversed, they just dont care. They are meant to be the leaders in thier field, if they are it only speaks badly for our future. I hope this reaches the managment and maybe some one that might be able and want to help thier customers.
