Just unable to stop spamming me - alarm test text

ADT seem unable despite all my efforts to get them to stop spamming me with messages to simply remove me from their notification list.

I get a daily sms on a house I am the keyholder for to test the alarm, this despite the alarm being tested via them and confirmed to be in working order.

So they just send the text message every day regardless of whether you test or not.

Called them numerous times to tell them to stop and they confirm they have removed the notification - but it doesn't stop.
