Today at 7am my sister called me to fetch her from the gate which is a good kilometre. I went and was told their systemis down therefore they could not call me to let her in. There were no apologies when I quizzed as to why I must be inconvinienced and come to get my visitor. Thu supervisor was very rude and arrogant towards me and said that's not his job and he ddnt know people. In the complex if I'm bothered I must call his boss or better go hang. Its not the first I've seen visitors being treated badly ate the gate it had just not happend to me yet
