Arrogant & rude security guard

Had a very pleasant stay at the Cabana Beach Resort in Umhlanga except for 1 individual called Leonard employed by the Fidelity Security Services. The issue was addressed with the manager on duty Deborah, however I feel that there is only so much that Deborah can do as Leonard is employed by Fidelity Security Services and not Tsogo Sun. Basically Leonard's behaviour towards my wife was very rude and bordering on assault as he blocked her way and interrogated her, refusing to believe that she is a guest of the resort. Needless to say she was very upset about this and it was clear that Leonard has a very disrespectful attitude towards women in general. Perhaps he should not be in a customer facing environment but rather reassigned to an industrial / warehouse area where he will have much less interaction with the general public.
