Faulty(?) alarm system disturbing the peace

One of ADT's alarm systems installed in Queenswood Pretoria, appears to be faulty, and has, for several months now, been randomly throwing out bleeps & bloops & whoops, and gone off for no apparent reason at all hours of the day and night. This cacophony is heard as far as 5Km away.

Call after call to the call center have been a waste of time, breath, and money (calls to their number are billed at "Maxicall" rates.)

Everyone I spoke to seemed to find the whole thing amusing, and regarded it as a joke.

Promises to 'Fix the problem' never materialized.

E-mails have either been ignored, or they never read their e-mail. I never even received a (requested) read receipt.

Truth to tell, given the number of complaints already lodged against ADT, I have little hope of achieving anything here.

Oh sure, I know they'll respond, and I know exactly what there response will be. An auto responder message:

"Hello (Whatever your name is),

We take note of your comments, these have been communicated to our Management Team, and you will be contacted by someone where they will look to assist you further.
Kind regards
Customer services"

Yeah right!
