Precision doors undertook work to replace and rebuild our front gates as well as install our electric garage doors.

The installation of the garage doors went without incident but I certainly cannot say the same for the front wooden gates...

Firstly, the design of the gates did not match our previous original gates - they were way off. The wood that has been used is of such a poor quality the hydraulic opening arms have managed to pull the bolts right through the gave on many occasions and on 1 occasion damaging my vehicle badly. The wood has been stained to look like the higher quality of wood that my previous gates were made from.

The gates are out of alignment, warped from moisture exposure and now do not close properly leaving a nice gap for suspecting criminals to see trough or gain access through leverage of some sorts.

We have called Precision on many occasion and they have responded to few of our calls and have visited the premises twice and promised to correct the issues but they have not.

Precision Doors is not a company of integrity and honour and I would advise anyone to stay well clear of them and to rather use a more reputable company with a good history.
