I'm currently an aft customer and has been for the past 4 years. I have had more than once bad service and all my concerns were raise with management but to date to response from them. I have been trying to get them to put a vehicle at a suburb I stay in and they didn't do that. I stay in of 600 houses and 60% of the owners have adt as the security provider and they have failed to put a board at the entrance or allocate a vehicle. Is because we are b. This morning someone got in to my house while I went to the garage to start the vehicle and I saw foot steps. I pressed a panic and they arrived 45min late but I was told there response is 2 min. My four year child was in the house when this person entered and what could have happend to him? This company doesn't care about clients or their safety. I have been trying to get hold of the ceo this morning but I was put on hold for 30min and the line was cut.

I need them to call me or I'm taking this to the media and everyone to see what type of company it is or they only care about w people only.
