I logged onto the tracker website and under "contact us" sent an email to the address provided. I have an account with them for my car as well as other accounts which i wanted to cancel. I requested for the accounts to be cancelled and for a consultant to call me to assist. To this day no one has contacted me from Tracker nor have they acknowledge receipt of my email. Why have a "contact us via email" option if you not going to even bother responding to your customers?
