I would like to take this opportunity and compliment Tanya (not sure of surname) who in my opinion took the honours by going the extra mile in helping me to get my problem sorted. I took the car in to be checked at as my car's tracking unit was not arming externally. After booking the car in, I was picked up by a collegue as we were heading to Pretoria.

On my arrival in Pretoria, i received a call from her informing me that i forgot to leave behind the cubby hole key. I informed her that i'll be back at lunch time and she was so understanding and after dropping off the key in the afternoon, she still made sure that my car is attended to even though it was late. I thought that she would postpone the appointment and reschedule but to my suprise, she assured me that the car will be ready by close of business. True to her word, she phoned me later in the afternoon stating that the car is ready.

I arrived after 17:00 to collect the car and she was still at work waiting for me and this clearly demonsrate that she's indeed an asset to the company. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to her for going the extra mile in making sure that her customers are happy. Keep up the good work.
