JOB WELL DONE!!!

I was involved in a accident on Monday morning the 18.02.13. The Tuesday I reported the incedent to my insurers and that same afternoon I received a call from the assesors, namely Mr. Brent requesting to see my vehicle to assec it! Because I could not get time off during the week he recomended that I take the vehicle to a bodyshop close to my place of work and he came down to the bodyshop to do the assecment! I dropped my vehicle off in the morning before work, was offered a lift to work and when my vehicle was ready for collection I was picked up and driven to the bodyshop to collect it! Mr. Brent explained everything to me, what was needed to be done and how it would be done. This was all done with NO inconvenience to me at all! Therefor a BIG THUMBS UP to Mr. Craig Brent for going the extra mile for me! Job well done.
