Call Centre dont answer calls at all!!

I have been calling the centre since last week, up to yesterday and no one picks up!! But when i choose the option for sales dept they pick up quick! So they want business for which they will not provide after-sales!!?? I asked the sales agent for alternative numbers to address my query and those also were not answered! i have now written an email to cust services and wait to see what will happen. I am very unhappy!
