About a few months ago I received a call from an altech netsar agent by the name of Natasha, who advised me of a special they had on the tracker, I immediately agreed as I was in the market looking for a tracker, the monthly charge would be R99, I gave her my banking details and she confirmed the amount, now few months later I notice two debits from my account that I do not know, both for the amount of R49 each from SOS Squad and SOMU, I have contacted them and they advised that these services were offered to me when signing up with tracker. I was never advised of any of these services. How can someone add services that you did not request or even accept? I find this behavior unacceptable, now I've been having to run around and calling both these service providers for cancellations and refunds. I think that Altech Netstar must take responsibility for the actions of their agents.
