Tracker won't let me cancel my account!

Hi

I have a tracker account for my car and have a tracker installed in my car.

On Monday I phoned the call centre to cancel and I spoke to Tsepo Mnikazi who told me that I could not as I had agreed to a 36month contract which I know have not agreed to. I would have never agreed to that so he suggested that he would listen to the recording of my phonecall when I agreed on my "contract". I asked him when he would get back to me and he said he would get back to me within 72hours. I phoned again on Thursday and I spoke to Najma Van Rensburg who say's she could not get hold of Tsepo because he was on another call and could not talk to me. She did however promise me that she had sent him an email telling him to call me back. I still have not heard from either of them and when I call back I am moved from one person to the next. I am more disinterested in the company... more than I was before and NOW I really want out. Is this type of behaviour the same thing that will happen if My car is and am trying to contact you for help!!! I wantOUT!!!
