Overcharged for service with no valid reason

I was over charged and 3 times the monthly installment debited from my account, wheh I queried the same I received and automated responce from "Finance" saying I would be contacted. No one has contacted me.
This is the second time in less than a month that Tracker have simply forgotten to respond to me. Not acceptable.

I have told them to cancel the contract and remove the unit - that is the only acceptable resolve.
