WHAT AM I PAYING TRACKER FOR MONTHLY???

Earlier to day, I drove without the tracker dongle being active as I wanted to test. I received no call or sms. I subsequently called Tracker, only to be told that only if I've been driving for 10 or more minutes (which I hadn't), without the dongle being active, will there be an alert and then only would I be contacted.

Tonight, AGAIN, I drove without the dongle being active, as I had removed the battery. This time, I drove for more than 10 mins in 1 direction. Guess what??? NO CONTACT FROM TRACKER!!!

PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT I AM PAYING A PREMIUM FOR MONTHLY?? WHAT IF I HAD AN EMERGENCY?? I COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW!!! THIS IS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
