Unjustifiable Price Increases

I received an SMS from ADT informing me that my monthly subscription to their monitoring service will increase to R309.00 per month. I calculated this to a 12% increase which i asked for justification, seeing that I hadly ever use the service. I called the call centre on 23.09.2013 (reference: 19697164), whereby it was agreed that the instalment will be reduce to R284.00p/m. At the beginning of October 2013 I was billed R309.00, this morning. 1st November 2013 I was billed R514.00. In October 2013, I queried the increased deduction but did not receive a valid response. How many other ADT customers are being ripped off like this. I requested a refund of the difference betwen R309.00 and R284.00. I have not had any response from ADT to date.
