My back account after settling 6 months ag

I settled my account about 6 months ago after cancelling everything. I was promised that everything is up to date, and I owe them now nothing.

Tracker is stil taking money from my account... why?? please check your records, I should no be on your system any more.

I would also like a refund of my overpayments.
