Ad attitude still not resolved

In response to update from Fidelity customer relations. Please my response:

unfortunately another incident happened and the duty manager on the 22nd of September had to be called and he witnessed what i was complaining about, because this time around the security guard called mangwana was shouting at me in the presence of the supervisor (forgot his name). He also accused me of lying to the supervisor. It looks like the security guards do not respect me as a resident of the area and moreso maybe because i am a woman of colour as well. They treat me like a criminal and am still very apprehensive every time i drive past the area as i dont know what to expect anymore and i cant go jogging as i am afraid of what some of them might do since mangwana was saying that he heard that i always complain. So going by this i really don't know if this matter will be resolved properly although the duty manager understood what i meant and he advised that they have been trying to educate the guards etc
