Adt Security
No Delivery, and it is two weeks later!

I reported my faulty alarm on Friday 11 October, with the belief that a technician from ADT will report before end of business to have it attended too. Three calls and three fixed appointments later I find myself in exactly the same boat. Not one of the appointments were honoured. I am paying for armed response which cannot be delivered due to the faulty alarm. The date now is 28 October!
