I have battled for 4-5 months now to get my account in order. ADT claims my account is in arrears, but I mailed them proof of my debit orders. The problem started when ADT replaced my Radio, and installed a secondhand battery, which they charged me for. After a 2 month battle, I got reimbursed, and shortly after that, my account reflected that the reimbursed funds, was owed back to them again. Tsepo Tramasala was initially help full in December, and then the bad service started. The call-centers might just as well be switched off, as the people working there are all dead, as they don't answer their phones. I am in the process of cancelling my contract with ADT - they probably have the WORST customer service imaginable. A copy of my complaint will be forwarded to my attorney, as well as the Beeld and Pretoria News newspapers.
