Poor pathetic service

I am paying per sms that I receive for arming and disarming of my alarm system on my farm Ihave to phone in at least every day for the past two weeks to complain about this poor service whithout any prevail. Why does no one try to solve this problem???!!! I DO NOT GET MY SMS'S AND HAVE TO PHONE IN EACH NIGHT TO ASK IF THEY RECEIVED CLOSING SIGNALS PROSAFES EQUIPMENT CAN NOT HANDLE THERE LOAD AND WE AS CUSTOMERS MUST SUFFER IAM ON A FARM 2KM FROM A DANGEROUS DAVETON LOCATION I PAY FOR THIS PROTECTION SERVICES BUT JUST NO LUCK.
