ADT - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

2 things:

1) I got hijacked and so I set my alarm off, the hijackers took my phone, ADT tried my phone but not my wife's as mine was off, I had to call them 3 times because it kept cutting me off, tell THEM about my problem and then 15 minutes later, they came, even though my alarm was going off until they came, what am I paying for???

2) I called to get someone in to re-link my alarm system to ADT (kept getting SMS's) as my house got hit by lightning and I put a new system in, we set a date and time for 16:00 on Wednesday the 17th of April 2013.

No one pitched up. They said they'd call me on the 16th to confirm. No one called.

Pathetic. I've been out of contract for a year and I might as well cancel it. Poor, poor service.
